๐Ÿ‘พ The Role

Step into the shoes of a B2C Media Buyer and be an instrumental player in driving ROI through meticulously managed media campaigns. In this role, you will oversee paid media strategies, hone your data analysis skills to optimize campaign performance, and efficiently manage budgets to maximize returns.

Main responsibilities:

  • Strategize, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Instagram, & Google Ads to achieve over 200% ROI.
  • Efficiently allocate and manage media budgets totalling over $1 million USD.
  • Analyze campaign data, extract valuable insights, and implement necessary changes to enhance performance.
  • Utilize in-depth expertise in marketing tools such as Facebook Business Manager to ensure seamless campaign management.
  • Ensure the highest quality and timely delivery of multiple simultaneous ad campaigns.
  • Collaborate with local businesses to drive B2C ad campaign success.
  • Serve as a beacon of knowledge and innovation, contributing fresh solutions and strategies to enhance the agency's offerings.

๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿฝโ€๐Ÿ’ป What does a great candidate look like to us?

  • Demonstrated success in managing at least 50 paid media campaigns (simultaneously) across key platforms, achieving a 200% ROI on average.
  • Experience in managing a total budget of over $1 million USD.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, particularly with Meta Analytics, to derive campaign insights.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with marketing tools, especially Facebook Business Manager.
  • Remarkable attention to detail, especially with ad campaigns, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Prior experience in running ad campaigns for local businesses in a B2B context.
  • Near-native or native English fluency; based in the USA.
  • Proactive working style: capable of working independently but also collaboratively with a team. Always keen to offer innovative solutions.
