About the position:

As International Community Manager you will be part of the marketing team. Your objective will be to enhance our brand position and brand voice via social media channels and community outreach tools.

You will be coordinating and maintaining our social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) across various countries (France, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Italy) with help from native speakers. Additionally, you will learn about email marketing using Mail Chimp. You will receive first-hand experience in conducting social media marketing activities in an international e-commerce start-up with a lot of freedom for your own ideas.

You will work closely together with the Senior VP of Marketing, and other marketing team members to conduct some of the below activities:

• Plan and execute all social media marketing activities

• Conduct paid email marketing campaigns and paid Social Media campaigns

• Maintain and build out our social media presence

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for social media channels

• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Your profile:

• Studying Business, Marketing or another relevant degree

• Passion for working within an international ecommerce start up

• Passion for and/or experience in working with social media and community management

• Multitasking should be one of your assets

About the position:

As a Brand Strategy Analyst you will work directly on management level with the head of Marketing to help refine and improve the positioning of our brands. This will give you the chance to think on a strategic level about important marketing decisions which will be invaluable for any future marketing manager. Through data analysis and market research you’ll find ways to further improve our brand performance while using metrics such as user loyalty, and retention rate to keep track of performance. You will interact with the rest of the marketing team to make sure the same unique brand voice is incorporated in all marketing materials.

Some of the activities you can expect:

• Interface with rest of marketing team: to maintain consistent brand representation.

• Conduct performance reviews: of current websites to determine if changes are needed.

• Product Performance analysis: Analyzing the attributes of products, why customers buy them, and translating these insights into actionable marketing materials with the rest of the marketing team

• Strategic Market research: Analyzing and monitoring the competitive landscape and make suggestions how best to position our brands in such a landscape

• Formulate new website ideas: based on market and brand research and analysis

• Brand Positioning: Help define our brand personalities and safeguarding this brand persona through ensuring a uniform tone of voice throughout all marketing materials

• Brand Performance: Analyzing our brands’ performance in audience targeting, customer loyalty, partnerships

Your profile:

This internship provides the unique opportunity to work on top-level strategic topics related to online marketing. We are therefore looking for someone who can handle both highly analytical topics while at the same time being creative in defining a unique brand positioning.

About the position:

Search Engine Marketing and PPC are the fastest growing areas in marketing. You will therefore work in a dynamic field where you can learn a lot. Since you will get real responsibilities at iSi, there is no better place to learn about these fast-growing marketing topics.

Your primary focus will be on helping develop the organic and paid traffic channels through Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Google AdWords. This will involve analysing and influencing organic keyword positioning using Ahrefs, setting up Google AdWords Campaigns and managing them for success, and lots more.

After the internship, you will have learned more about this mysterious SEO/PPC topic. You will be able to understand and influence organic search engine rankings, manage Google AdWords Campaigns, and analyse PPC traffic.
