Grail Talent - Community Manager

Grail Talent is an Influencer Management Agency that connects our diverse and carefully curated roster of content creators, with digital marketing opportunities.

We work with some of the biggest players in Music and New Media, including Universal Music Group and Amazon Prime Video, to help promote the next viral sensation or hit show. Grail is shaping the future of how digital marketing budgets are spent. We deliver dynamic and creative promotional campaigns, across a variety of social media channels, such as TikTok and Instagram.

As the Community Manager at Grail, you’ll be overseeing the engagement and onboarding of the Talent Managers at Grail. This means helping managers get up to speed when they first join, showing them how to use our booking system, as well as helping them to thrive as managers! You will also be the behind-the-scenes coordinator between Talent Managers and our online booking platform.

This role requires someone who is highly organized and has an eye for detail, as well as a great communicator, as you will have to be the liaison across our internal teams and external clients. You will be spending a lot of time organizing the team, as well as updating our internal databases to make connections with clients and Talent Managers smoother.

Grail Talent is based in Farringdon, London, but this role can be remote. This role is not a regular 9-5 job, we have clients and Talent Managers across multiple time zones and this will require working varied hours.

The role will include:

Helping new Talent Managers thrive at Grail.
Building relationships with our Talent Managers.
Organizing the flow of bookings from our online booking system to the Talent Managers.
Becoming the point of contact for clients and onboard them onto the online booking platform.
Organizing and updating our internal database so that our clients have accurate information.
Having a deep knowledge of all Grail creators and updating them into our Grail Roster.
Creator care - Implementing a creator care program and making all talent feel part of the team!
Managing all press and PR for Grail, including the company and the creators.

We work with some of the biggest players in Music and New Media, including Universal Music Group and Amazon Prime Video, to help promote the next viral sensation or hit show. In so doing we are shaping the future of how digital marketing budgets are spent; delivering dynamic and creative promotional campaigns across a variety of social media channels such as TikTok and Instagram, and measuring their impact with detailed analytics.

In this role you will be identifying TikTokkers to manage using our in-house software and your own expertise, reaching out directly to get them on board, and then representing them: shopping your roster of talents to our clientele of bookings agents, record labels, and more!

TikTok is a huge untapped market for paid promotions, but one that is growing quickly. As an early mover we’ve built up an industry leading reputation on TikTok that gives us the ability to monetise influencers’ platforms and win them new business. For the right person this is an opportunity to sell into an untapped market with considerable upside.

E-Commerce Manager

As TikTok has grown as a platform so have we as an agency, capitalising on our position to cultivate an industry leading reputation allowing us to sign some of the best talent out there, all of whom hold huge un-tapped potential in the e-commerce market.

We are looking to bring someone on board to establish our in-house e-commerce department in order to allow our roster to further monetise their platforms. We want someone to facilitate the design, creation and sale of merch and other branded goods for our creators, overseeing the process from ordering to production to fulfilment.
